| 326 | Mrs. Theresa Wangler, only daughter of Francis J. Aydt and Theresa Rubenacker was born in Piopolis, Ill. Dec. 7, 1886 and departed this life at her home near Belle Rive, Ill. Jan. 3, 1937 at 12:30 p.m. Age 70 years and 27 days. She was united in marriage to Henry Wangler Nov. 15, 1892 at Evansville, Ind., to whom she remained a faithful wife for 43 years. This union was blessed with eleven children four of whom have preceded her in death. Her mother died when she was a babe. The loving hands of her aunt made a home for her until the remarriage of her father. Her husband preceded her in death March 27, 1936. She leaves to mourn her departure the following named children: Mrs. Emma Kaufman, Belle Rive, Ill.; Mrs. Dorothy Smith, Chicago, Ill.; Antoni and Theodore Wangler, Belle Rive, Ill., Mrs. Clara Ripplinger, Chicago, Ill.; Miss Rose Wangler of Belle Rive, Ill.; and Mr. Charles Wangler of Midland City, Ill. Nine grand children Joseph, Lucille, Theresa, Helen and Robert Kaufman, Susanna Smith, May and Edwin Ripplinger, Jr. and Amanda Rosetta Wanglen; three brothers John E. Aydt of Mcleansboro, Gus and Ferdnand Aydt of Evansville, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Ollivier of Wyoming, Mrs. Sopha Kamm and Mrs. Clara Dearmin of Fort Collins, Colo. And an aged step mother Mrs. Mary Aydt, Evansville, Ind. Funeral services were held at St. John's Church in Dahlgren Tuesday, Jan. 5. at 9:00 oclock Rev. Bernard J. Loepker officiating. | 335 | Dale Eugene Baines Sr., 58, of Danville, passed away at 6:12 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 5, 2002) at West Central Community Hospital in Clinton, Ind. He was born Sept. 5, 1944, in Suffolk, Va., the son of Howard Reddell and Mabel White Baines. He married Andrea L. Hodges on Jan. 12, 1971, in Portsmouth, Va. She survives. Also surviving: two sons, Dale Jr. (Brandi) Baines of Baltimore, Md., and David (Michelle) Lawhorn of Ridge Farm; one daughter, Mary (Adam) Brooks in North Carolina; one brother, Howard Reddell Baines Jr. of Baltimore, Md.; two sisters, Gene Caris in Florida and Shirley Stabb in Maryland; one special niece, Freda (Mike) Collins in West Virginia; and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one son, Bobby Lawhorn. Dale was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, painting and working around the house. He especially loved his grandchildren. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11 at Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home in Georgetown; Officiating: Garth Lehman; Burial: Danville National Cemetery; Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at the funeral home; Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
